Free Legal Assistance with Record Sealing & Expunctions
The following organizations may be able to provide free legal assistance to help people in Texas seal or expunge their records. Most require a person make below a certain income level (e.g., 200% of the federal poverty guidelines) and live within their service area to qualify for their services. Contact the organization directly for more information about eligibility and to apply for services.
